CDC--Quick access to statistics on topics of public health importance. Organized alphabetically by topic. Links are provided to publications that include the statistics presented, to sources of more data, and to related web pages.

HRSA--National & state data on patient count, medical visits, expenses and revenues.

CDC--Presents national trends in health statistics on such topics as birth and death rates, infant mortality, life expectancy, morbidity and health status, risk factors, use of ambulatory and inpatient care, health personnel and facilities, financing of health care, health insurance and managed care, and other health topics.

CMS--Provides detailed statistical information on Medicare and Medicaid, covering populations, use of services, and expenditures under these programs.

CDC--The data in the weekly MMWR are provisional, based on weekly reports to CDC by state health departments.

CDC--To disseminate surveillance findings, permitting detailed interpretation of trends and patterns based on those findings.

NCHS--Statistical publications that provide information about current public health topics.

NCHS/CDC--Annual reports that present detailed vital statistics data, including natality, mortality, marriage and divorce.

CDC--A collection of vital statistics products including tables, data files, and reports that allow users to access and examine vital statistics and population data interactively.

CDC--Youth Online lets you analyze national, state, and local Youth Risk Behavior Surveillance System (YRBSS). Data from high school and middle school surveys are included. You can filter and sort on the basis of race/ethnicity, sex, grade, or site, create customized tables and graphs, and perform statistical tests by site and health topic.

CDC--Monitors six types of health-risk behaviors that contribute to the leading causes of death and disability among youth and adults.
