Instructional Media Center Policies

Media Collection and IMC Circulation Policy


The IMC provides a variety of media that can assist USA community members in developing instruction, presentations, or completing assignments. These include educational videos, documentaries, and feature films. The IMC also houses music cds, audio cds and cassettes, and CD-ROMs.

USA faculty, staff and students may check out up to 5 media items. Media items have a 14-day loan period with a 50¢ per day late fee. Patrons who lose or damage media items will be required to pay for the replacement of the item plus a $25.00 processing fee.

The IMC provides preview rooms for reviewing DVD, VHS, and music/audio CD materials.
