Zotero is a free citation management program. Enter the information for each source, and it will format the in-text citation and References list according to different styles (APA, MLA, etc.)
Microsoft Word - look under the 'References' tab at the top of the screen. Use the menu options in the Citations & Bibliography section. Choose "APA" from the drop-down menu next to "style". Use the "Insert Citation" and "Add New Source" features to include in-text citations. Click on the Bibliography drop-down menu and select References to add the References at the end of the paper.
