Transformative Agreements @ University of South Alabama

Transformative Agreements @ USA

Transform your research to open access (OA) with the University of South Alabama (USA) libraries transformative agreements (TA).

TA licences provide authors affiliated with the University of South Alabama the option to publish open access (OA), which allows for free and immediate access to ones scholarly works.

In addition, through a transformative agreement connected with USA Libraries, any APC, also known as an Article/Author Processing Charge, will be fully waived for USA affliated faculty.

The USA Libraries continues to seek new opporutunities in transformative agreement licences, also referred to as, read and publish agreements.

This guide highlights additional details on the three current transformative agreements offered by USA Libraries.

Please revisit this guide often for any questions you might have or any updates related to the TA/OA landscape at USA. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact Tracy M. Cole/Acquistions Librarian.
