Reader's Advisory is just another way of saying "librarians matching people with books they like." As librarians, we love to do this.
While you may not think that an academic library, like the one here at the University of South Alabama, would collect any fiction titles, WE DO! Of course, we don't have as large a fiction collection as a public library, but we do collect fiction that relates to our collection focus and supports the studies here at the University.
We figure that you are going to want to read something other than your biology textbooks sometime, so why not come to the folks who are self-titled "book nerds," and get some advising.
