TIPS: Try limiting to .edu (for university archives and special collections) or .gov (for national archives, collections).  Consider using terms like "primary sources," "digital collections," or "archives".

Names of countries can also be combined with "national archives" and .gov to get links to those.  Don't hesitate to look through online lesson plans, which sometimes have links to online primary sources.
