Microsoft Word 2016 - look under the 'references' tab at the top of the screen. Choose "APA" from the drop-down menu next to "style". Next, choose on "Insert Citation" and "Add New Source". Choose your format and then select "Show All Bibliography Fields" and enter required information for the resource you are using.
Citing an Annual Report from a company's website should follow the following format in APA Style:
Name of company. (Year published). Title of the annual report. URL of website.
Ex: Barnes & Noble. (2015). Barnes & Noble 2015 Annual Report. http://www.barnesandnobleinc.com/documents/bn_annual_report_2015.pdf
10-K in-text citation example:
Noted within the latest 10-K for the corporation (General Motor Corporation. 2008, February 28th):
"if U.S. vehicle sales do not meet our expectations, we may choose to reduce our production further . . .we anticipate that this will have a negative impact on our revenues and profits" (Item 1A. Risk Factors, Economy and Industry Conditions, paragraph 1).
10-K cited in list of References will be in this format:
Official name of company as listed on Form 10-K including inc or corp. (Year of publication). Name of Form-10K including Fiscal Year End Date. URL for document.
