University Libraries COVID-19 Updates: Home

This guide collects information and resources related to the University Libraries services and resources while the university is affected by COVID-19

Current Operating Status

Notice: All University Libraries buildings are closed and all events/meetings scheduled in the University Libraries buildings are canceled until further notice.

All overdue fines/fees will be suspended until normal operations resume.

The USA Libraries are here to help! Even though our buildings are closed, we are still offering many services electronically.

  • Online resources. Databases, ebooks, streaming media, and course guides can be accessed from off campus with your Jag Number and JagNet password.
  • Research consultations. Contact your liaison librarian (Marx, McCall, MCOB, or Biomedical Library) to get personalized help on your projects. We can work with you through email, chat, or Zoom.
  • Reference chat. Reference help will be available via the chat boxes farther down on this page during the reference hours listed.

  • Interlibrary loan. Requests for electronic articles and book chapters will be accepted and processed by Biomedical Library ILL and Marx Library ILL. All physical book loan requests will be held and processed as soon as the USA Campus is open for business.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or to let us know how we can help during this challenging time.
