What to include

The University of South Alabama has a variety of services to help students to succeed. This is not a complete list, but a sampling of the types of services that students have access to.

Counseling and Wellness Center

The University Counseling and Wellness Center provides confidential, free counseling and crisis intervention services to eligible USA students and consultation and outreach services to members of the USA community. South CARES

South CARES is USA's Collaborative Access, Resources, and Emergency Support program. The South CARES portal allows you to share detailed information about your situation confidentially. Our team will then help to connect you to the resources specific to your needs. 

At South, your success is a priority. South CARES is dedicated to providing comprehensive support, including academic, financial, physical, and emotional assistance. Our goal is to empower you to thrive in your academic endeavors.

Center for Educational Accessibility & Disability Resources

The Center for Educational Accessibility & Disability Resources (CEADR) at the University of South Alabama is committed to assisting students and faculty in any way possible to better facilitate a positive learning environment for all students.
