First Time User Registration

Login to ILLiad

To set up an ILLiad account:

1. Click on - First Time User Registration
2. Under the Copyright Information section, click on the First Timer Users Click Here button.
3. Fill out the form, making sure you have an entry for every field which a red asterisk as those are required fields
4. Create a username and password for yourself 

NOTE: Faculty, students and staff of the Colleges of Medicine, Nursing and Allied Health Professions and all USA Hospitals' employees need to submit their ILL requests through the Biomedical Library.

ILLiad is the electronic system the Marx Library uses for Interlibrary Loan and Copy Service. To use ILLiad, you need to set up an account.

Requests for items owned by the Marx Library (electronic or print) will be returned to you or else can be routed to our Document Delivery (Copy Service) or Marx Library Book Valet service.

Check the SOUTHcat Catalog and Our Journal List to see if we own an item before submitting ILL requests. 

Always provide complete citation information. Do not abbreviate.

NOTE: The Biomedical Library handles Interlibrary Loan requests for faculty and students of the Colleges of Medicine, Nursing and Allied Health and all USA Hospitals' employees.
