Books: The patron will be notified by e-mail or phone as soon as the requested material arrives. Books not picked up promptly will be returned to the lending library on the due date.

Photocopies: Delivery options

  1. Pick-up by patron; notification by email or phone.
  2. Mailed to the local address given on the request form. Address information should be complete and current.
  3. Faxed for a fee. $2.00 in-state; $5.00 out-of-state.
  4. Delivered free via the web for viewing and printing. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader for web delivery via your ILLiad account.

Information on any charges, dues dates, and loan restrictions will be included with the material.

Electronic Delivery via ILLiad

Your ILL articles will be posted as PDF files on your ILLiad account. Once your request has been received and processed by the ILL staff, ILLiad will automatically send you an email with the URL and instructions to retrieve your articles.

Just log into your ILLiad account.

From your Main Menu, under View Requests, click on the Electronic Delivery option.

At Electronically Received Articles, click on the PDF/View link and the article will download.

It is as simple as that and the best advantages are:

1. You just need to remember your ILLiad username/password.

2. Your articles will be accessible for 30 days from the date of posting.
