If you've forgotten your ILLiad password, you can do one of two things.

1. Click on the Forgot Password link under the Login to ILLiad button. This will take you to a page asking you to enter your username. After you click on Reset Password, you'll be sent a temporary password to the email address you used to setup your ILLiad account. Follow the instructions in that email. At the Reset Password screen, please change your password from the temporary one to one you'd like to use.
   
   
    
2. If you cannot remember either your username or your password, the Interlibrary Loan office staff can reset it for you. Call us at 251-460-7028 or email us at libref@southalabama.edu
